The following Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors or users ("you," "your," or "yours") of our Website and of our webpages (collectively, our “Services”).

By using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify the Terms at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the Website. If you do not agree to any of these changes, you must discontinue using the Website.

Please note this size guide is general and sizes will vary slightly between fabrications.

 

PRODUCTS & CONTENT

All In Between days content, products and prices shown on this site are subject to change with out notice at anytime. We make the best effort to display correctly the images and descriptions of our products, including the colours.

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Are all listed on each garment. Please follow the care instructions on your garment to prolong the life of it.

 

PLACING AN ORDER & ORDER CONFIRMATION

Please follow the check out instructions to place your order.  Once we have received the order, we will send you an Order Confirmation via e-mail to acknowledge that we have received your order. All orders are subject to approval by In Between Days and we will confirm the order by sending you a Shipment Confirmation via email. Please note that during sales periods it may take up 5 business days to process an order. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may withdraw our approval and cancel your order where there has been an obvious error in price or where the products are no longer in our inventory.  We also reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer.  We may also require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.

Please note that by placing an order with us will automatically place you on our mailing list.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

You must request and exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the item. Please send a photo of the return postage receipt as proof of shipping. The item/s must be in original condition, with the original packaging and with all tags still attached. Items returned without the tag attached in its original condition will not be accepted. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way (we cannot accept garments that have makeup stains or garments that smell of perfume). The item/s must be returned to our PO Box address before the exchange/refund is made. The cost of the original freight and the return postage will not be reimbursed or refunded. We are happy to replace, repair or refund due to a manufacturing fault but not normal ‘wear and tear’. Please follow the care instructions on your garment to prolong the life of it. We are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs. Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges), or a full refund (excluding original shipping cost). If a faulty item has been received, you must notify us at info@inbetweendaysthelabel.com immediately.

In Between Day’s cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned.

 

SALE ITEMS

Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items, this includes flash sales where discount codes have been applied.

EXCESSIVE RETURNS

In Between Day’s monitors returns to identify potential abuse or misuse of our return policies. Continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.

 

PRICING POLICY

Prices displayed on the In Between Day’s website are all in AUD. We attempt to ensure that information on this Web Site is as accurate and current as possible. We reserve the right to change prices, product availability and descriptions at any time. At times the information displayed may occasionally be inaccurate, or out of date. We also reserve the right to alter the terms of any special offers or sales periods and sale stock at any time. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.

 

ORDER APPROVAL

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.  Please note that items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. After you place your order, you will be sent an e-mail to confirm that your credit card or PayPal account has been charged. Your card/PayPal account is debited at the same time you submitted your order on our Website. If your order has not been approved, you will be notified immediately via our Website or by PayPal. In the rare instance that your order is not approved but any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you immediately by e-mail to arrange for a full refund or a product exchange, if preferred. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and In Between Day’s will be completed when we e-mail you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The Website and communication is always conducted in English; therefore, the final sale contract will also be in English. We reserve the right to not accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria.

 

CANCELLATION BY US

At In Between Day’s, we will do our best to ensure your order is fulfilled. However, we reserve the right to cancel the order if we do not have sufficient stock. In the event of cancellation, we will contact you by e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your order. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will re-credit your account immediately. In Between Day’s will re-credit your account for the value of the goods and shipping only. In Between Day’s does not reimburse any bank charges you may have incurred in the transaction. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.

 

CANCELLATION BY YOU

In Between Day aims to ship any orders received that same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). However, please allow up to 48 hours for processing time. If you contact us and the order has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order. However, if the order has not been shipped, In Between Day’s will happily cancel the order and refund you.

 

INSURANCE AND DELIVERY

In Between Day’s insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by In Between Days and transfer of responsibility in the same way. In Between Day’s cannot be held responsible for courier delays and circumstances out of our control. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. In Between Day’s is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

 

CUSTOMS TAXES AND DUTIES

All our products are shipped as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). In Between Days is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.

​RETURNS/EXCHANGES & GIFT CARDS 

REFUNDS

  • We are happy to exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. You must send a photo of your postage receipt as proof of shipping.

  • Please fill out the returns form included in your parcel and send back to us at the stated address. 

  • The garment must be in it’s original condition, unworn, unwashed with all original tags attached. 

  • A photo of the original invoice is provided as proof of purchase 

  • The shipping cost incurred by the customer for returning item/s are NOT covered or reimbursed by In Between Days Subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law for any return you will be responsible for shipping charges.

  • International customers - please note your return may be sent back via a courier of your choice and this does not have to be express postage.

   Theres NO exchanges or returns on sale items

EXCHANGE & CREDIT NOTES 

 

   *  If you would like to exchange a garment please email returns@inbetweendaysthelabel.com within 3 days of receiving garment to request                    another size or style. If available we will let you know asap. Please then fill out the returns form provided and send back to stated address                    within 7 days of original delivery. 

   *  If size/Style is available for exchange you will be charged for new postage of garment. 

   *  Should the item you were after not be available, you will be notified via email and the necessary steps will be taken to issue you with a credit              note or refund (if eligible).

  • Once we have received the item for exchange, please allow another 5 business days for your exchange to be processed and re sent.

  • Once your return has been received, you will receive an additional email with a new tracking number which you can then use to follow its journey back to you.

  • Customer's who have requested a credit note will be emailed a In Between Days gift card to the value of the credit received, this will include a unique code for future purchases and is valid for 12 months from date of issue.

  •  Please note we DO NOT refund sale items, this includes flash sales where discount codes have been applied.

ORGANISING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

If you have met the above requirements please email returns@inbetweendaysthelabel.com to make a claim & receive a returns number.

Fill out the form included in your parcel. Return your item/s to below address within 7 days of your delivery.

Remember to get proof of posting from your shipper.

COST OF RETURNS

The shipping cost incurred by the customer for returning item/s are NOT covered by In Between Days.

Subject to our obligation under the Australian Consumer Law for any return you will be responsible for shipping charges.

GIFT CARDS

Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with a In Between Days gift card.

  • Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. 

  • A personalised code will be made and emailed through to the recipient.

  • If you have any specific requirements please email inbetweendaysthelabel@gmail.com directly after placing your order.

  • Gift cards are valid for up to 6 months and are not transferable nor refundable if un-used.

  • The gift card amount can be spent over multiple orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you that will allow you to track each step of your delivery.
All of our parcels require a signature on delivery. If no one is home to sign for your delivery, a card will be left that will allow collection at your local post office.

TO NOTE 
All of our parcels require a signature on delivery. If no one is home to sign for your delivery, your package will be taken to the nearest sort facility and you will be able to re-schedule a new delivery date with DHL.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
Please be aware that if you are purchasing online from outside of Australia, you may be charged customs duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost. 
In Between Days is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. 
In Between Days are legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on the international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. 
We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.
